That ambition has always rested on a single, simple conviction: it is people, above all, who make the difference.
Today, Didactic is delighted to mark another milestone in that story with the acquisition of Pearmine Health and Medadvance.
Pearmine Health develops and manufactures wipes and impregnated gloves, alongside a dedicated range of oral-care products. Its expertise is best illustrated by Dyma-care, a range designed for intensive care, which enriches and strengthens the solutions already offered by Inter-med and broadens the Group’s portfolio still further.
Medadvance represents and distributes these products across Europe, working closely with the healthcare institutions it serves.
For Didactic, it deepens our presence in Germany, opens the door to new opportunities in the US market, and brings valuable expertise into the fold.
Pearmine Health, in turn, will draw on Didactic’s expan-ded international reach and on the strength of a Group already present in more than 60 countries.
Together, these latest acquisitions unlock new avenues for growth and allow us to offer dependent patients an even wider range of products, all in service of the same goal: reducing infection risk.
For our customers and partners, nothing changes in what matters most: the same people to call on, a broader range of products, and the same commitment we bring every day.
This acquisition also strengthens the Group’s industrial capacity and carries forward the growth of our industrial footprint.
The Next Chapter
With Laurent Helewa (founder of Dr Helewa), Eric Tanguay (founder of Hygie in Canada) and Erik Joosten (founder of Arion in the Netherlands and Germany), all of whom stand alongside us day after day, we continue on our path. And we are delighted that Jacques Gutedel, founder of Medadvance and Pearmine Health, and Matthew Ley, co-founder of Pearmine Health, have chosen to join us in this collective adventure.
This is the same momentum that has carried the Didactic Group forward, step by step: in France, with Polysem, Intermed and Infineed; internationally, with Hygie and Dr Helewa; and in the Netherlands, with Arion and Dispocare.
Today, that journey continues with Pearmine Health, based in the United Kingdom, and Medadvance, based in Germany.
The Group now numbers 245 employees, with products distributed around the world.
